- Assist agents with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining client files
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved
- Assist in creating property descriptions in preparation for listing
- Prepare marketing materials and assist with social media management
- Assist with organising viewings and obtaining feedback for review
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service

- Driving Licence required
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not necessary
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Familiarity with Estate Agency terminology and processes is preferred but not required
