QS Care is recruiting support workers to cover weekend day and night shifts in one of our supported living residential services based in Retford
**. **You will be working with one of our clients, alongside their established hard-working team. The supported living service specializes in supporting young adults who have been diagnosed with autism and learning disabilities.

**Your duties will include**:

- Follow the policies and procedures set out by the service in which you are working.
- Ensure you understand the needs and requirements of each service user you are supporting, following the detailed care plan in situ.
- You will be required to document and report any concerns which may arise, effectively and efficiently.
- Help support the service users with their day-to-day routine, always encouraging and promoting independence, choice, and dignity. There may be some aspects of personal care involved within this role.
- Attend any booked activities with the service users.
- Assist with nutritional needs/ demands.
- Encourage and engage in activities to develop life skills.
