Night Support Worker

QS care are recruiting experienced support workers to cover night shifts in Retford and the surrounding areas, to work with alongside our clients in residential, supported living and mental health units.

**Your duties will include**:

- Follow the policies and procedures set out by the care setting in which you are working.
- Ensure you understand the needs of each services user you are supporting, following the care plan in-situ.
- You will be required to document and report any concerns which may arise.
- Help with supporting the service users with their day-to-day routine, this may include personal care, encouraging interaction and engaging.
