**The Role: Complex Care Support Worker.**

**Hourly Rate: £14.00**

**Location**: Lincolnshire, LN1.

**Shift Pattern**:

- Day shifts: 7am until 7pm_
- Night shifts: 7pm until 7am _

**Please note, we provide 24 hour around the clock care so they will mainly include 12 hour shifts and will include days, waking nights and alternative**

**weekends.**

**Contract Type**: Permanent with immediate start available. _Full time - 36 hour contract_

**DBS: DBS preferred.**

**Driver with access to a vehicle: Preferred.**

**About the role**:

- Providing specialised care to a vibrant young man with a high-level spinal cord injury.
- Providing night-time ventilation support and assistance with learning difficulties.
- Assistance with moving and handling, personal care, peg feeding and medication

**To be considered for this position, you will need**:

- **Flexible availability.**:

- **To be able to work days, waking nights and alternate weekends**:

- **A current DBS if possible (Paper or Update Service)**:

- **A drivers licence**

**The person you will support**:
The person you will support is a 23-year-old who loves engaging in fun activities, listening to music, playing board games (and sometimes cheating), and sharing lots of laughter. Our goal is to find someone who can create a fun and enjoyable environment for him, ensuring that he is always happy and smiling. He enjoys spending time with friendly individuals and caring for his many pets.
