Sales Officer

We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our team in the UK. The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our properties and attract new tenants.

**Salary**: for this role will be £25,000 per year.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our properties and attract new tenants.
- Face to face marketing
- Collaborate with our design team to develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements materials.
- Distribution of marketing flyers to target clients.
- Create and manage events and promotions to drive traffic to our properties.
- Attend networking events to promote our business.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on target audiences and competition.
- Manage our website and online presence, ensuring that all property listings are up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage budgets and ensure that marketing activities are cost-effective.
- Requirements:

- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a marketing, sales or income generating role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in any field.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
