Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time**:Operational Coordinator**

What does your day look like?

Officially you are the operations coordinator, but in practice you are a connector, the spider in the web. You are the first point of contact for customers, installers, sales colleagues.

What does the job content look like?

This person will be the first point of contact with customers both presale and support after the sale.

This person would be answering calls, liaising with engineers and customers. Most of the calls are booking in engineers to do service works so a logistics background or working with engineers would be really useful for this role.

What do you bring?
- If you have any customer support experience in logistics or experience booking in engineers that would be an advantage
- You get energy from helping stakeholders and arranging various matters;
- You are responsible and resourceful, set priorities and are eager to learn;
- You are able to work together in a team, but can also work alone;
- You are proactive, social, accurate and have good communication skills
- You have extensive computer skills,
- You are a dynamic, versatile and have an excellent eye for detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hagley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
