**Role Responsibilities**
Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the training and development of IT Applications Support Personnel.
- Interpret client data effectively, producing clear insights using PowerBI and similar reporting tools.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to uphold service levels aligned with client requirements.
- Identify system requirements through consultation, process analysis, and observation.
- Serve as project manager for the development and configuration of customized solutions.
- Utilize technical expertise to generate documentation, reports, and workflows.
- Integrate solutions with broader business systems.
- Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of existing solutions and systems.
**Person Specification**
Essential skills will include:
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Proficiency in ERP systems within high-volume environments.
- Experience in relational data management, reporting, data manipulation, and business intelligence (BI).
- Thorough understanding of basic project management methodologies.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate multiple projects involving various teams and third-party entities.
- Foundational comprehension of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Basic understanding of Power Automation.
