**What will you be doing?**
- Responsible for supporting the completion of Expression of Interest (EOI), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation in line with corporate guidelines
- Work alongside management and the project team to develop strategies for success
- You will be accountable for the overall content quality, whilst working to tight deadlines to deliver tenders and proposals
- Responsible for identifying the needs and requirements of the inbound tender and quotation requests in order to create the response, including but not limited to arranging who will attend site visits and audits requests
- Suggesting reference points, evidence and case study requirements to enhance the quality of the response
- Responsible for writing and proofreading specific sections of the tender to ensure that questions have been answered fully and that the document is coherent
- Consulted in the research of client strategies and principles to ensure that the tender meets the client’s expectations

**What are we looking for?**
- An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Project Management experience
- Proficient in proofreading and editing
- Working knowledge of G Suite and RFPIO preferred
