**Job Summary**

We are seeking a friendly, proactive person who is happy to talk to anyone, loves giving great customer service and help sell our doughnuts, cookies and brownies with passion.

This exciting new venture will be selling the best handmade doughnuts by Planet Doughnut, the finest coffee by Iron & Fire and in July we will be launching our made to order instore gourmet cookies

We need an enthusiastic person who excels at customer service, and sales and can promote our wide range of sweet treats and drinks to anyone. You must have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and able to communicate with anyone.

**Duties**
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability, serving them in a timely and friendly manner.
- Process orders via the till, offering upsell deals and loyalty cards.
- Resolve any customer queries or concerns in a professional manner
- Keeping the store neat and tidy and following the daily/weekly cleaning schedules.
- Potential key holder positions available to the right person which will involve start and end of day till opening/closing and cashing up.
- Making coffees, iced teas and milkshakes, and from July decorating cookies.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

Additional hours may be available at holidays or cover.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week
