**Job Summary**:
Responsible for overseeing production operations. Specifically, guaranteeing that translation, subtitling and voice over projects run efficiently by monitoring employees and organising workflow.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Including (but not limited to) the following tasks:
**Project Management**
- Coordinating subtitling, voice-over and translation projects
- Quality checking of subtitle files and audio files, ensuring both completeness and accuracy
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Assisting the Production Supervisor and Production Manager

**General Admin**
- Creating and updating vendor databases
- Providing input into and proofreading of company process materials
- Taking part in social media activities, including writing blogs and updating content
- Ordering work from vendors via the creation of purchase orders, and logging vendor invoices

**Subtitling & Voice Overs**
- Creating subtitle templates
- Quality checking of subtitle and audio files in various languages for both completeness and accuracy
- Booking voice over talents for recordings, and subsequent calendar management

**Vendor Management**
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating the work of freelance linguists in a variety of languages
- Active management of our supplier database
- Recruitment of new specialised vendors in order to create and expand multilingual and dedicated resource supply databases to accommodate clients’ needs
- Utilising market resources for recruitment
- Evaluation and tracking of vendor performance
- Relationship management with existing vendors
- Rate negotiations
- Assisting the Production Team on specific vendor requirements based on project pipelines

**Experience**
- Experience in project management and/or admin work
- Experience in subtitling, voice over and/or translation

- Fluency in at least one additional language other than English
- Self motivated and able to work independently, maintaining high quality and quantity of delivery
- Attention to detail and delivers work with mínimal errors
- Able to learn and adapt quickly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
