We are looking for a go
- getter to join the UK’s largest Yearbook Company and support with the launch of a new brand MOXIE Leavers specialising in providing leavers hoodies to schools across the UK with the ambition to be the UK’s largest Hoodie company and over time diversifying into other markets.

MOXIE is the sister company to AllYearbooks and falls under the umbrella banner of Tempest Photography.

This is a business in it's early years of development - year 2, predominately focusing selling in the education market however we are looking to diversify as much as possible in the future to maximise sales.

Your role will involve providing feedback on our new online ordering system and working closely with the department head with the launch of the product and support with the integration of the Yearbook business.

This role will be a combination of day to day administrative duties, but it is a chance to join the company at the beginning of its journey. You will need to be flexible and adaptive to the business as it grows. Experience in social media across all platforms, marketing experience in scheduling and campaign management will all be beneficial to this role.

Your primary role will be to support the sales and customer service side of the business, however being technically savvy as your role will also be to support with the development of the hoodie online ordering system and you will be using our CRM for order management.

The office is located near the coast within the Tempest grounds near the beautiful St Ives. How you get on and fit in with the rest of the team is hugely important to us.

This is a very varied role and gives you the opportunity to work in a dynamic office which covers the leavers market. You will be expected to carve out a niche for yourself in the office, working well with the rest of the team but full of your own ideas too.

- Researching and potential suppliers and products.
- Identifying market needs.
- Making outbound calls both to potential customers and looking at areas for growth for the new business.
- Supporting with the growth of the business to maximise sales.

**You will be...**
- Able to work in a busy environment with focus, ensuring tasks are completed methodically and accurately.
- Confident at building relationships on the phone and making cold calls.
- Confident dealing with customers ranging from GCSE students to Heads of School and finance managers.
- Excellent with your attention to detail.
- Well experienced with a strong customer support and experience in sales background.
- Strong with-IT skills and capable of learning new systems quickly and being able to manage your workflow across multiple windows and tabs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
