Project Assistant

**Key Tasks**:
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
- Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and calendars.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients.
- Compile and prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
- Assist in the procurement of project materials and resources.
- Manage project files, records, and documentation to ensure they are up to date and accessible.
- Handle any other duties as assigned to support project success
- Work within the parameters of the company Health and Safety policy.
