Following our recent merger with Clevedon Learning Trust, Futura Learning Partnership is now a trust of 28 schools, looking after 12,000 pupils across communities spanning Bath to Bridgwater. The provision of high quality data is a critical to any academy trust and our recent growth has led to the creation of the post of Strategic Lead for Data and Analytics. Leading a small central data team and having oversight of the work carried out by school-based data managers, this role is of high strategic importance to the trust. Access by senior leaders to high quality, accurate data, will help to inform school improvement strategies across our schools and lead to better outcomes for our pupils.

Working closely with the executive, the post holder will gain a clear understanding of the trust’s operational and strategic priorities and will work with their team to provide robust and innovative solutions to data management. They will continue to develop the Data and Analytics department, striving to provide excellent service to multiple stakeholders and building business resilience.

Futura Learning Partnership is a partnership of schools which span 5 local authority areas: Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, North Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Working together to provide a high quality educational experience for all students in their care and be a truly inclusive provider of 3-18 education in the area. We are a mixed MAT, comprising 6 secondary, 21 primary and a special school. We work in partnership with the Diocese of Bath and Wells, which brings considerable benefit to all our schools.
