We are looking for a bar supervisor who can oversee and coordinate the entire team, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our bar.

You will be responsible for:

- Supervising the daily operations of the bar, including staff scheduling, training, inventory control, guest relations, and quality standards
- Creating and updating the menus for the the bar, showcasing some of the more well known craft beer brands and also sourcing out upcoming breweries
- Maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety in the bar, complying with all relevant regulations and policies
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the bar and attract new customers
- Handling customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of the bar, ensuring that the budget and revenue targets are met
- Building and maintaining a positive and collaborative work culture among the staff, fostering teamwork and mutual respect

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

- At least 2 years of experience as a bar supervisor or a similar position in a restaurant or bar setting
- A good knowledge of independent craft beer, and culture, or a willingness to learn
- A strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff
- A high level of attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A flexible and adaptable attitude, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle would also be preferred

**Salary**: £20,860.00-£22,137.00 per year

Schedule:

- Every weekend
