Job Title: Deputy Room Leader - Maternity Cover

Beautiful, bespoke, high quality, modern nursery The Mulberry Bush is recruiting for a dynamic Deputy Room Leader to oversee the daily operations for their baby room within the Waterlooville Nursery.

The family run nature of the company means that the successful applicant will be integral in the development of outstanding practice and communication between all settings, paving the way for exceptional childcare across the board.

**Essentials**:

- Excellent communication skills

- Previous experience working within a nursery setting
- Ability to manage resources effectively and efficiently

- Competent, self-motivated and organised
- Passion for childcare

**Minimum required experience to apply**:

- Must hold a minimum Level 3 appropriate Early Years Qualification
- Have a minimum of 1 year working within a leadership role

Pay: £26,520.00-£30,472.00 per year
