Weldmar Salary Scale - On Target Earnings £29,481 FTE, with uncapped earning potential

**We’re looking for self-motivated, confident and resilient sales people, to represent Weldmar Hospicecare, in the community promoting and securing recurring donations.**

✔ Flexibility in arranging your weekly working hours
✔ Multiple part-time positions available

✔ Commission paid is based on meeting and exceeding weekly targets. *Terms and Conditions apply, full commission structure will be discussed at interview.

As a Door to Door Charity Fundraiser, you’ll be going door to door, meeting and engaging with members of the public, using your excellent communication skills to secure financial support from them through our lottery or regular giving products.

Ideally you will have previous sales experience, and will have a proven track record of providing great customer service and meeting targets.

As an ambassador for the Charity, you will be committed to our Core Values when raising awareness about our range of vital services, which you should have a good knowledge of in order to maximize your conversions.

You can work flexibly and use your excellent time management and planning skills to organise your own diary, while working solo to ensure that you meet your achievable targets.

**About the Organisation**
- Rated Outstanding by the CQC_, Weldmar Hospicecare provides specialist care to adults in Dorset with a life limiting illness, and support to their loved ones. This care is given in the comfort of patients’ own homes, in the community, and at our Inpatient Unit in Dorchester. All care is provided free of charge and mainly funded by the continued support of our local community, via fundraising initiatives and events, our retail chain, and gifts left in wills, enabling us to raise the £26,000 we need every day to keep our services going.
