Transport Coordinator Bulk Gases (BAG) UK & Ireland (Shift Work)

**Location: Immingham, England, UK - SHIFT WORK including Days and Nights**

An exciting opportunity exists for a Transport Coordinator Bulk Gases (BAG), reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, to join our Immingham team. You would be responsible for the effective administration and logistics planning. For creating a first-class transport plan to meet customer’s requirements. Liaise with haulier and their drivers to ensure timely delivery of Nippon Gases product to customers. Transport plans should optimise available resources with regards to service, productivity and cost to ensure our customer receives excellent customer service. **Duties and Responsibilities**:
**HESQ**:
Work in accordance with relevant legislation, Company Health & Safety Policy, Nippon Gases Safety Principles
Be responsible for own Health and safety and promote positive safety culture in others
Specific HESQ related responsibilities are documented in the HRIS record

**Liquid CO2**:
Create Weekly order sheets, maintain standing orders
Create sales orders in Pragas planning system, print delivery notes where required Monitor customer stocks via telemetry system and plan deliveries accordingly
Maintain master data in Pragas planning system for Nippon Gases trailers, customers, and customer tanks
Create delivery plan in Pragas planning system, allocating Nippon Gases trailers for each delivery, and using most efficient source. Continually reviewing the daily plan to identify potential issues and pro-actively amend the resource allocation accordingly
Liaise with third party drivers to ensure that they are aware of delivery plan, providing them with all information needed to carry out all deliveries
Liaise with haulier daily to obtain manning and resource availability
Monitor stock levels at Tilbury, Wilton, Warrenpoint and Teesside, and inform Logistics Manager of any problems
Maintain UK LIC stock spreadsheet daily
Provide cover/assistance for PAG Logistics including updating of Podfather master data when necessary
Truckfill Loading system: 1st point of contact for driver support
Management of purchase orders for Logistic related suppliers
Working with colleagues to ensure that 24-hour planning cover is provided within the team.
Liaise with Supply Optimisation department, to ensure they are aware of stock requirements, and ships arrive in a timely manner
Liaise with Engineering department to keep them informed of issues with customer tanks and Nippon Gases trailers
Liaise with Commercial department to keep them informed of customer complaints and issues
Raise near miss reports in Company database as necessary

Job requirements

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Good general level of education, including passes in English & Maths
Experience in planning bulk single and multi-drop deliveries
Understanding of UK and EU driving regulations legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Telemetry systems
CPC qualification would be advantageous
