- Position: ICT Call Handler- Client: Third Party- Location: Barrhead- Pay Rate: £12.26 per hour- Start Date: ASAP- Contract Duration: Until 31/05/2024Key Responsibilities:
As an ICT Call Handler, you will be an integral part of our clients Service Desk team, providing crucial support to our clients.
Your main duties will include:

- Answering calls promptly- Ensuring excellent customer service, and recording all interactions accurately using the IT Service Manager system- Updating internal systems and spreadsheets- Ensuring all information is accurate and up to date- Adhoc admin dutiesKey Skills Required:
