As an ICT Call Handler, you will be an integral part of our clients Service Desk team, providing crucial support to our clients.


Your main duties will include:

  • Answering calls promptly
  • Ensuring excellent customer service, and recording all interactions accurately using the IT Service Manager system
  • Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Adhoc admin dutiesKey Skills Required:
