**Working in Trading & Origination**

Trading & Origination is Statkraft’s central commercial unit for proprietary trading of standard and origination of non-standard energy related products and assumes the role of a market integrator for third party renewable and flexible assets encompassing the supply of power and green solutions to customers in Europe and in the US

**Job Description**:
We look for an experienced Talent Acquistion Specialist with the essential skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions. These include:
**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Conduct sourcing activities and utilize data to fill positions.
- Implement and manage recruitment and selection processes according to the Statkraft hiring principles.
- Work with the Applicant Tracking System for recruitment processes and continually identify new improvements and ways of working to optimize the recruitment process.
- Work with hiring managers in a consultative/advisor way by sharing competitive analysis, market knowledge and local talent pools to ensure the best possible hiring outcome.
- Contribute in work within the team and with the communication function in Statkraft to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges (internally/externally)
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

**Qualifications**:

- Hands-on experience with the recruitment process
- Ability to partner effectively with leaders and HR colleagues to support achievement of business objectives - while ensuring appropriate employment practices are maintained
- Experience working with
- and executing recruitment both internally and externally ideally within the energy and renewables sector.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems technology, we use SmartRecruiters and Greenhouse
- A track record of building positive, strong working business relationships
- An enthusiastic team player contributing to a positive work environment
- A problem-solving mind set with a desire to grow these skills
- Relationship builder with good co-operation abilities
- Fluency in English is required
