**Overview**:
This administration role is essential to the continuing development of YMCA North Tyneside’s Supported Exempt Accommodation property portfolio; helping us to grow the number of residents we can support. As well as helping to maintain properties used by customers of our Gym, Café, Nursery and other public spaces.

The postholder will ultimately help YMCA to:

- Offer a greater number of homeless young people a safe place to live, belong and thrive.
- Deliver quality health & wellbeing and community services by ensuring our properties are compliant and well maintained.

**Role Details**:
In this role you will support the Homes & Places management team primarily with administrative duties. This role is essential for YMCA North Tyneside to manage it’s existing Supported Exempt Accommodation portfolio and to continue to grow the number of residents it can support. The postholder will ultimately help YMCA to offer a greater number of homeless young people a safe place to live, belong and thrive.
