**4 on, 4 off day shift pattern**

**From £16.80 to £18.30**

What You Will Do:

- Lead and motivate a section of warehouse operatives to achieve daily operational goals and targets.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficiency and productivity within your section.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor workflow and resource allocation within your section to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to address issues and improve processes within your section.

**About You**:
Experience:

- Previous experience within a supervisory/ team leading role within Fresh Produce / Food Production / FMCG environment.
- Experience in operating within a KPI’s driven structure.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
