**Position Purpose**:
To serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products and new sales and to provide support for sales representatives. To ensure seamless business operations by performing a variety of administrative functions.

**Key Job Activities**:
Provide support to sales team.

Process orders.

Responsible for collection of debtor’s ledger.

Updating and providing data accuracy.

Raising invoices.

Managing access to FPM Group products.

**Education**:

- Required Education: in High School

Required: 5 GCSE’s above grade c or equivalent

**Experience (EMEAA)**:
Preferred Experience: Good knowledge & understanding

Customer service skills

Multi-tasking

Prioritising

Time management

Organisation

Accuracy & Numeracy

Computer literacy

Conflict resolution
