**The Opportunity**

You will be assisting the Group General Counsel to provide Commercial Legal support to the Samworth Brothers Group. This role provides a great opportunity to establish new processes and ways of working to deliver an excellent service across the organisation. With day-to-day responsibilities including but not limited to; being responsible for the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, managing a spectrum of legal queries, providing pragmatic legal support, and assisting in setting up new systems and processes to deliver a good user experience.
- A solicitor with 1-3 years post qualified experience or someone with an equivalent level of qualification and experience in commercial law and experience in a national or regional law firm or similar experience in house.
- With experience of working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- With effective time management, prioritisation, planning, attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Experience and knowledge of data protection matters would also be desirable.
