We are seeking an exceptional HR Partner to support the implementation our People Strategy and Plan. If you have the ambition, enthusiasm and determination to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
Comfortable in supporting organisation change, you will be responsible for a portfolio of projects. You will lead on new initiatives, including policy development, ensuring we are up-to-date with employment law and best practice.
As HR lead for equality, diversity and inclusion, you will support the implementation of our EDI agenda. You will also work closely with the Associate Director - Organisation Development, to deliver our organisation development agenda.
