Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Perform data entry tasks and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
- Manage and maintain office supplies and stock ordering
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and using computer software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sesitive information
