Our client is looking for someone to join their busy Team to start asap in a temp to permanent role in the processing department. The hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm working Monday to Friday and based in Basingstoke.

Logistic Administrator Responsibilities

Job description

Seeking a competent Logistics Administrator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operation of our company. Ideal Logistics Administrator will have excellent communication skills, great record keeping abilities and good customer service skills, whilst also having the ability to work well as a team.

General duties will include, booking in stock, processing, and amending orders using a computer - training will be given. (I have attached a Job description)

Ideally, we are looking for an enthusiastic person keen to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Include**:
Co-ordinating and monitor supply chain operations

Ensuring premises, assets and communication are used effectively

Utilising logistic IT Systems to optimise shipping and transport procedures

Supervise orders and arrange for goods to be dispatched.

Plan and track shipment of product according to the customer requirements and liaising with couriers

Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders and shipment records.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
