My client is a Cyber Security provider

The successful Graduate Administrator will be responsible for the following:

- Preparing reports for your team and their clients
- Overall administration for the Exams team
- Liaising with other departments
- Handling the telephone and transferring to correct department
- Maintain accurate client information and record client interaction
- Any additional ad-hoc requests and support on company projects as and when required
- Travel to other offices when required

**The Successful Applicant**:
The Successful Graduate Administrator will have the following skills/qualities:

- Desire to deliver exceptional service at all times
- Driven to succeed
- Ability to consistently deliver within service standards.
- Excellent organisational skills, flexible and proactive approach
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication.
