Support Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping. You’ll receive fully paid, on the job training so, whether you’re an experienced support worker or completely new to the sector, you’ll have the opportunity to build your skills whilst cultivating a trusted relationship with the person you support.

**Requirements**:

- Confidence in challenging environment is essential for this role.
- Experience with Learning Disability and Autism.

We are supporting a client in the Dereham area, who has a love for cooking, arts and crafts and music.

You’ll need to:

- Be compassionate, yet professional
- Be a team player
- Be dedicated and flexible
- Be a driver with access to your own vehicle (preferred but not essential)
- Have healthcare experience
- Be passionate in supporting an individual with their independence
