Role Overview:
As a Tenancy Officer, you will play a vital role in welcoming and signing up new tenants. Your focus will be on providing comprehensive and person-centered tenancy management services across the borough. Heres what youll be offering:
Borough-Wide Duty and Emergency Management: Youll handle more complex tenancy issues on the day they arise, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

Locality-Based Casework System: Manage non-emergency service requests from tenants, helping them maintain their tenancies and thrive. This includes addressing lower-level antisocial behavior, overseeing legal matters, and handling other service requests related to tenancy conditions.

Proactive Interventions: Identify and address resident needs at an early stage through targeted visits, ensuring that potential issues are tackled before they escalate.

Voids and New Lettings: Oversee and manage tenant-related work associated with voids and new lettings, ensuring smooth transitions for all parties involved.

Case Escalation and Handovers: Appropriately escalate or de-escalate cases as needed, ensuring seamless handovers within the wider Tenancy Services structure.
