Training Administrator Assistant

My Haddenham based client is looking for a Training Administrator Assistant.
The duties of the Training Administrator Assistant will be to:
- Complete key administration functions within the Training Department and dealer network, assisting with the planning and organizing of annual graduation events, uniform ordering and end of year surveys.
- To assist in the development and administration of all apprenticeship programs.
- To work with and support our key training providers to arrange accommodation, travel and special requirements for all apprentices on program.
- To be involved in general administration such as meeting arrangement, publications of service bulletins, high profile meeting minutes, and purchase orders for the aftersales department.
- Recall Support within the aftersales department such as dealer or customer calls, dealer re-assignments and operator maintenance.
To be successful in this Training Administrator Assistant role you will have:
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft systems.
- Previous administration experience desirable.
Working hours are 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Thursday with an earlier finish on Fridays.
Salary 24-26K with excellent benefits to include 28 days holiday (including 3 pre booked for Christmas) plus bank holidays. Additional holiday scheme based on length of service. Company bonus scheme.
