**Role: Residential Childcare Worker**

**Salary**: **Up to £27,000.00 per annum, including annual sleep in allowance and dependant on experience plus welcome bonus of £200 - £300 and **another £200 - £300 once you pass your probation (minimum six months)**

**Hours: Full-time, Permanent **(40 hours per week - 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern)

Acorn Education and Care, are recruiting Residential Childcare Workers to join our teams within the Shropshire Region.
Calcott Farm is a 4 bed registered Children’s home. We support Children and Young People to build incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests.
The homes are based in the Shrewsbury area**, **and are within commutable distance from Nantwich, Whitchurch, Telford, Shifnal and surrounds

Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences - for those we look after and for everyone in our team

- ‘Journey to Management’ programme - starting with your **Level 4 Apprenticeship for Children Young People and Families Practitioner **with the ability to continue on to your L5 Management qualification _(all qualifications funded by us)_
