Background information:
Following a review of Welsh for adults, published in a report entitled _Raising our Sights_ in 2013, it was decided to restructure Welsh for Adults nationally. The main changes were the establishment of one new national strategic body, the National Centre for Learning Welsh, and the creation of 11 new providers throughout Wales.

Dysgu Cymraeg y Gogledd-Orllewin (DCGO) is one of those providers, operating on a budget of £1.6M and employing over 70 full/part-time and fixed-term staff to provide Welsh courses for adults across the counties of Ynys Môn, Gwynedd and Conwy. With 50 years of experience in the field and nearly 2,000 learners, DCGO has received an 'Excellent' rating from Estyn confirming its status as the largest and highest quality provider throughout Wales.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this post.
