TRP Services Ltd are delighted to represent our Bangor based client in their search for an Accounts Administrator.
You will be joining a global manufacturer specialising in export of their product worldwide.
Our Client supply to major organisations and their business has grown significantly leading to investment in new machinery and expansion to their state of the art site based in Bangor.
Purpose of the role you will be the main link between customers, suppliers, production, and accounts department, accurately processing financial information.
We are looking for an individual with a good ability to prioritise, as you will be working with multiple means of communications. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks such as collating numeric data, working with SAGE or similar accounting packages, also but not limited to, working with in-house computer systems.

**HOURS OF WORK**
- 30 - 40 hours per week (to suit)
**PAY RATE**
- £10.42 + £1.25 PER HOUR HOLIDAY PAY
- 3% PENSION SCHEME
- OVERTIME PAYABLE AT £15.63 PER HOUR
Main duties will include but not limited to:
- Order processing, data input onto in-house computer system.
- Working closely with accounts department.
- Deal with all customer queries, keying in purchase orders.
- Maintain compliance records.
- This role requires strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
Desired criteria:
- Educated to at least GCSE level Experience with Microsoft software (particularly Excel)
- At least 1 year experience in an accounts administrative role.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 4 business hours.
