Head Fryer

We are looking for a hard working, reliable and experienced Header Fryer to join our Copperfish Takeaway. Copperfish is reopening after a tragic fire in 2022 and we are looking for an experienced fryer to lead our team in a reputable fish and chip shop.

Experience in a previous fryer role is essential.

**Duties include**:

- Food cooking and preparation including
- cutting fish
- making batter
- oil management
- cooking fish, chips and other menu items
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety
- Stock control - including stock rotation and ordering
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Understanding all aspects of the business both back and front of house.
- Undertake all training given both internal and external

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
