You'll join a great team of people who are talented in a wide range of disciplines, from surveyors, through paralegals to a great back office team, of which you will become an integral and highly valued member of.

Ideally you will have previous book keeping experience, but this is not essential. Provided you have strong attention to detail with a good and understanding of Excel, we will be able to provide on the job training and familiarisation with our systems. You would be expected to be able to download data from various data sources, incorporate it into Excel and analyse it to both ensure data integrity and to cross reference to our finance system to ensure we have the requisite quotes, purchase order cover and invoices raised. You will be well organised with the ability to work accurately and methodically. If this sounds like you then we'd love to hear from you
- 2+ years Finance Administration or similar experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to liaise with people at all levels and establish good working relationships
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- IT Literate - Inc. a strong working knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of accountancy packages (Quickbooks desirable) preferred but not essential
- Numerate and analytical
- Flexible team player

**Job Responsibilities to include**:

- Daily review of cashflow and bank reconciliation over two accounts - Current and Credit card
- Issue client quotes as directed by the Accounts Manager
- Issue purchase orders/Quotes to suppliers - Taking ownership of our Requisitions inbox
- Scanning in all expense receipts and reconciling them to the banking transactions
- Raising bills to our suppliers/contractors - Matching POs raised to invoices received ensuring all work carried out by our Suppliers has an active PO. Attaching invoices to the system. Raising monthly bills to our contractors
- Ensure all our customer purchase orders are assigned to a quote and are suitably tracked
- Resolve issues with discrepancies - including exporting Financial Reports
- Finance Admin - To ensure all financial movements are recorded to our Master PO Tracker and to Trello
- Other Admin/Ad hoc duties to support the Accounts Manager

**Additional Information**:

- £22k - £25k per annum (full time) pro-rata to contracted hours
- 20hrs a week
- Hybrid of office based work and an opportunity to work from home

- 20 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays
