Site Manager Executive Housebuilder

An established luxury property developer are looking to recruit a Site Manager manage a new build executive property development in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. This will be a single high end property £2 million in value.
The role:
As a Site Manager you will run the development and manage the project within a set build program and help make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control andmonitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Assistant Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

A privately owned house builder who build luxury high quality detached houses for sale on the open market. They work across Buckinghamshire
The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager,Senior Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager,Foreman,Finishing Foreman,Supervisor or Manager in a similar house building environment preferably on luxury housing projects. It is essentialto have a CSCS, First Aid, IT skills as well as a driving licence.
