**About the Role.**
We are looking for a highly organised Operations Administrator to take on a full-time role in our busy Operations department based at our offices in Maidenhead. The team is responsible for the management of the installation of our Residential projects and is constantly striving to improve our customer experience and processes. This is a busy team dealing with both our Customers and our Installations Operatives in the field, and as one of UK’s largest providers of Solar PV Installations, we at Evergen Solar are looking for passionate and dedicated key people to support our growth.
**What you'll be doing...**
- Managing incoming department calls and customer queries.
- Maintaining documentation for the department, including Health & Safety records, RAMS for installations.
- Building good relationships with installations teams to ensure they supply the correct information and documentation is relayed properly and is compliant.
- Managing and organising a busy Operations calendar.
- Providing support to our field-based installation teams and office-based Operations team.
- Work closely with teams across multiple departments providing support where necessary, especially Customer Services to provide resolutions to customer issues.
- Create solutions when faced with challenges and problems.
**Essentials for this role...**
- Experience working in a busy Operations/Administrative environment,
- Must be competent user on various software platforms including MS Outlook, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Sharepoint, Trello etc.
- This role will require you to be able to work closely with various teams and other members of staff so being a team player is essential.
- Must be able to confidently problem solve and be adaptable to change.
- Must have a good attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, with an understanding of process compliance.
- Experience gained in the energy, construction, or logistics sector would also be a benefit.
**Office based: Monday - Friday at Maidenhead office (must live locally or reliably be able to commute on a daily basis).**
