**Job: Part time Customer Service Advisor**
**Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 pro rata**
**Location: Loudwater - Office based, potential work remotely on an 80/20 split after successful training**
**Hours: Minimum 4 hours/day within the hours of 9.00am - 7.00pm**
**Main Responsibilities**:
This Outbound Customer Service role is working for a well-established company based in Loudwater. The role will involve outbound customer service calls and you will be responsible for providing a positive customer journey and cross-selling suitable products where possible. You will have good telephone-based experience, be used to working to KPIs and self-motivated. Strong communication skills and an empathetic and supportive manner is essential.
