You will join a fast paced but friendly environment where you will source the very best talent for roles across the group. You’ll be given the autonomy to manage your day-to-day workload while being well supported by your senior colleagues.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Proactively attract, source and select, through a variety of channels, the right people to meet the business needs of today, and the strategic needs of the future
- Partnering with home managers and administrators to manage recruitment needs to ensure requirements across your portfolio are delivered
- Building and maintaining, internal and external networks throughout the group and the industry to gain a solid understanding of the relevant markets and competitor landscape and be able to provide market intelligence to senior colleagues
- Delivering meaningful analysis to support evaluation and decision making
- Contributing to develop the group’s recruitment strategy

**Experience**:

- Previous end-to-end recruitment experience is essential (internal or agency)
- Demonstrable track record in recruitment
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, adapt to change and work at pace
- Ideally previous experience of healthcare recruitment and knowledge of healthcare compliance
