Working as part of a busy head office function based in Holywood you will the human resources and recruitment division of the group and will be required to:

- Compile and maintain paper and digital employee records, including entering data onto HR and recruitment systems
- Analyse HR data and prepare reports
- Liaise with our home managers and administrators to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process
- Proactively respond to internal and external inquiries and HR related requests
- Oversee HR events and meetings and coordinate management-employee communications
- Support HR related training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Continuous drive to learn and develop latest HR best practices and improve workplace efficiency
- Undertake other duties and/or projects as may reasonably be requested
