As the **Digital Film Producer**, you will lead the creation of video content for our digital platforms, collaborating closely with our Content teams. Your role will involve bringing the work of the British Red Cross to life, catering to diverse audiences and platforms. You'll focus on creating innovative and impactful digital video campaigns. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced creative environment and have a proven track record of delivering highly engaging film content. Are you up for it?

**A day in the life of the **Digital Film Producer** **will involve:

- Developing and producing digital multimedia content for various channels, aligning with brand guidelines and goals.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create video ideas for diverse digital audiences, focusing on mobile-first and socially optimised content.
- Staying updated with industry trends in content and channels, adapting styles for different platforms.
- Managing the film team's production workflow, ensuring adherence to Ethical Imagery Guidelines and delivering high-quality videos weekly.

**To be a successful** **Digital Film Producer**,** you’ll need:

- Strong understanding of video production workflows and processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro.
- Ability to analyse and respond to creative briefs effectively.
- Experience planning, scheduling, and budgeting for video projects, with a track record of delivering successful content.
