Our client, a highly successful, multi-branch estate agency is looking for a Sales Valuer to join their team in Rainham. This role is perfect for someone looking to join a company that offers structured career progression.

**Working Hours**:
You’ll be required to work 5 days per week as a Sales Valuer.

**The successful Sales Valuer will be offered**:

- £22,000 basic salary
- £35,000 - £40,000 OTE
- Car allowance
- 33 days paid holiday

**To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have the following attributes**:

- Highly self-motivated and confident
- Previous property experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and rapport-building skills
- Good knowledge of Rainham and the surrounding areas (beneficial)

**As a Sales Valuer, your role will involve**:

- Successfully listing a targeted number of properties
- Arranging and carrying out market appraisals
- Building relationships with new clients and nurturing existing ones
- Driving business forward and hitting targets
