Floating Trainee Valuer

**Working Hours**:
You’ll be required to work 5 days per week as a Trainee Floating Valuer.

**The successful Trainee Floating Valuer will be offered**:

- £22,000 basic salary
- £35,000 OTE (uncapped)
- Structured career progression

**To be considered for the Trainee Floating Valuer role, you must have the following attributes**:

- A full UK Driving License
- Previous sales experience (highly beneficial)
- Good local knowledge of the area

**As a Trainee Floating Valuer, your role will involve the following**:

- Attending client's homes to carry out appraisals
- Meeting targets
- Creating property adverts
- Proactively obtaining new business opportunities
