My Client are looking for a Finance Administrator for their IT company in Longridge.

This will be a 3 month contract with the possibility of an extension.

The working schedule is 0900-1700 Monday to Friday with 2 x 15 min breaks and a 30 min lunch break.

**Key Duties**
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts, expense claims via our integrated systems through to payment (checking for errors).
- Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure.
- Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances.
- Completing VAT returns (mainly automated but does require checks).
- Reconciling the bank.
- Looking out for errors / accountants reconcile inaccuracies.
- Preparing employee wages (payroll is mainly outsourced).
- Liaison with our executive assistance who manages all labour and back-to-back orders
