Culture Recruitment are assisting one our clients with a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to provide a partnering service for key divisions across the business on a permanent basis, hybrid working with an office in London.

You'll play an integral role in translating HR strategies at a local level. You can expect a supportive culture and an attractive range of rewards and benefits with a salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 DOE.

You'll influence business stakeholders on best practice and provide commercially intelligent advice on a range of topics to help the business run effectively. Working closely with various teams across HR, including Resourcing, Reward, ER and Governance,you'll ensure a fair and consistent approach with all the client's employees.

You will have a broad remit that includes Strategic Workforce Planning, Engagement and Organisational Change, you'll be instrumental in coaching and guiding people managers in activities, policies, and practices, to support team engagement and business performance.

In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £50,000 to £60,000.
