**Retail Co-ordinator - 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)**

An opportunity has arisen for someone to join the Bournemouth Daily Echo / Salisbury Journal team and play a crucial part in its newspaper sales activity locally. The job itself will mostly involve visiting retail outlets, maintaining stock levels, setting up Point of Sale displays and running promotions in retail stores, in a nutshell making sure everything is looking good and customers can see the Bournemouth Daily Echo and Salisbury Journal in their local store.

If you’ve got experience in merchandising and customer service, then great. But it’s not essential. We train you up - you’ll receive a full induction and will be up and running in no time.

You’ll need to know your way around a laptop, for things like receiving briefs and uploading pictures, but none of it is complicated. You will have a full driving licence and we will provide a pool vehicle for all store visits.
- Be friendly and forward-facing - an ambassador for the company and our newspaper brands.
- Be able to respond to a remote brief and follow the straightforward guidelines.
- Have a positive attitude and approach - it’s all about enjoying the role.

The role offers a salary of £23,000 per annum, 25 days holiday pro rata and a company pension scheme. Hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
