Day to day
- Being the first port of call for incoming calls
- Coordinating room bookings, setting up refreshments and organising the car park rota on a daily basis
- Assist with setting up for meetings and training activities

- Previous receptionist experience
- Transferable skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Available for the full 6 months
