**Site Supervisor - The Role**:
You will work on remote sites for the duration of projects and for projects out with travelling distance of our head office, accommodation will be provided.

You will be joining a well-established company with a track record of carrying out prestigious projects for a wide client base

As part of the role you will have to manage sub-contractors on site, ensuring their works conform to contract and comply with all relevant H&S requirements.

**Additional Role Responsibilities;**
- Be the liaison between the site and the office
- 1st, 2nd fix and finishing Joinery on Fast Fit Out projects from start to finish
- Work to programme and constantly monitor the progress of work
- Ensure all deliveries are checked off/on-site and record any items missing
- Supervise all workers on site
- Ensure all documentation (including Health & Safety) is complete
- Assign tasks to team members
- Manage health and safety throughout the site including site safety inspections
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment and plan maintenance
- Report on project progress
- Ensure to manage the project, follow processes, and keep the project on track

**Site Supervisor - What we need from you**:
You will have to demonstrate experience in a Site Foreman / managers role and must be able to show confidence in being able to manage a team and the day-to-day running of sites.

**Essential**
- Full driving licence
- You will be experienced in working on construction / fitout contracts for a minimum of 3 years
- Proven experience managing site works on interior fit-outs
- SMSTS & FAW
- Have or be prepared to obtain SMSTS/PASMA/IPAF (Training will be provided)
- Time served joiner and willing to be hands-on
- The ability to read construction drawings and set out
- Ability to organise work
- Have good people and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative
- Flexible attitude towards hours and location of work

**Desirable**
- CSCS Card preferable though not essential
