Your role will focus on enhancing properties in the Retrofit market to improve energy efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing external wall insulation (EWI), loft insulation, window and door replacements, as well as the installation of solar panels and air source heat pumps.

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS certification
• First Aid certification
• Relevant trade qualifications
• Previous experience in domestic maintenance, particularly in property upgrades
• Multi-trade expertise

Core Duties:
• Collaborating effectively with the site team.
• Conducting site inductions.
• Reviewing all subcontractor performance.

Health and Safety Management:
• Ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
• Planning and managing all subcontractor and direct reports.
• Guaranteeing timely delivery of the project within budget constraints.
